Habe bei KYC News folgenden interessanten Beitrag eines Users gefunden:
This is the website of the Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority: http://www.pszaf.hu/noflash/index.html You can click on "English", then "Supervised Institutions/MoneyMarkets/Banks" - and you can do your research. It will prove that "Loyal Bank" is not licensed to do business in any shape or form in Hungary. Also you can use the Search button (on this site). Typing in "Loyal Bank" will bring in one document (it is in Hungarian). It basically says that a local small company (Uniclub LTD) had filed an application to represent Loyal Bank in Hungary. This application was turned down on July 18, 2001 (no Mickey Mouse banking in Hungary). Based on Hungarian law it is a crime to say that Loyal Bank is being represented in Hungary.
I am 99.9% sure that Loyal Bank is of Russian origin. I can recognize the translation of their website content.
They seem to be offering the "TeleBank System" - which is a Russian payment system (http://www.mtsgsm.com/payment/telebank/).
I am not saying anything bad here - just stating facts.
Ich habe das überprüft und es scheint tatsächlich so, als ob Loyal Bank in Ungarn überhaupt keine Lizenz hat, obwohl von dort der komplette europäische Markt betreut wird.
