Localized software for CEE markets - leading products for expanding markets

The total software market in CEE (Poland, Czech, Hungary, Russia) has a volume of approx. 750 million Euro p.a.. The overall growth rate is about 18% p.a.. In general the market for consumer oriented software is about 15% of the overall software market, with growth rates far higher then overall markets.

Aim of the company is localization, adaption and sales of international software products into the markets of Central-/ Eastern Europe. The core competence of the companies team is marketing, sales and product management, while translation, production and fullfillment are to be handled using third-party contractors.
Localised will be products of software vendors, who have been internationally successfull. In the moment contracts are signed with Ulead (Photo- and Video-Editing) and S.A.D. (CD and DVD Recording, PC Tools). Distribution contracts are signed in Poland, Czech, Hungary and Russia, contacts with distributors in Slovakia, Ukraine and other markets are already set up. In the first run the product portfolio will be:

The founding team has an intense experience in all areas of the software industry as well as in the markets. Being earned in different management positions with international software vendors (general management, marketing, sales). The third-party vendors have been carefully selected and are contracted on an exclusive basis.
Turn over in the first year will be Euro 948.000, in the second year Euro 2.034.000 and in the third year 2.639.000. In the first a loss of Euro 33.000 is planned, profit in the second year will be Euro 77.000 and in the third year Euro 86.000. Cross margin in the first year is 44%, 47% in the second year and 47,5% in year 3.
