@Achter,
mir kommen die Tränen vor Rührung.
Sind Sie sicher, dass es sich hierbei nicht um ein hinlänglich bekanntes Förderungssystem der Fortbewegung spezifischer Amphibienarten, nur in neuer Aufmachung, handelt?

Das kommt mir alles so bekannt vor. Der Hinweis auf den Marshall-Plan gibt dann noch den Rest.
Solche Finanzierungsprogramme gibt es - so zumindest - nicht.
Üblicherweise übergibt irgendwann der Investor, möglicherweise sogar in gemieteten Bank-Räumen, den Eigenkapital-Anteil und das war's.
Mehr passiert nicht.
Würde mich jedenfalls sehr wundern, wäre es hier anders.
