Da gibts viele. Eine Liste, auf der wirklich alle stehen, kenne ich nicht. Die Titelmühlen gründen sich auch ständig neu oder benennen sich regelmäßig um. Suchen Sie Infos zu einer bestimmten?

ja suche tatsächlich Infos über eine "Fernlehreinrichtung"  , habe vor kurzem eine "Universität" im Netz gefunden, die aussieht als wäre sie eine Titelmühle: Domainname .com, Standort : British Virgin islands, Anerkennung durch die Hut River province in Australien. Diese dürfte entweder so neu sein, daß noch niemand etwas über dieses "Fernlehrinstitut" ((C) Vermerk 2004-5) weis (keine Eintragung im ossc) oder sie tatsächlich echte Grade vergeben darf. Die "Universität" wäre www.wellington-university.com. Wer weis mehr über diese Einrichtung ?

zu wellington university kann ich Ihnen eine ganze Menge sagen. Ins Leben gerufen wurde diese edle Einrichtung von Damen und Herren, welche sich ihre akademischen Grade bei "Instantdegrees.com" gekauft haben bzw. noch bei St.Regis aus Liberia bzw. eigentlich ja Washington (da stand der eigentliche Briefkasten) noch Doktoren und Professorentitel zugekauft haben.
Einer der Herren heisst Herr Georg Reiff. Herr Reiff ist das was man leider einen akademischen Versager nennt. Er hat ein paar Semester in Aachen studiert, das Studium nicht durchgehalten, und dann den einfachen Weg gewählt und halt die 199$ für instantdegrees ausgegeben. Er hat sich dann als Promotionsberater ausgegeben, dabei ist ihm aber das Fell wohl ziemlich heftig über die Ohren gezogen worden. Ergebnis dessen ist, dass seine Website http://www.georg-reiff.de nun zu einer Pornowebsite umleitet. Dasselbe gilt auch für sein http://www.prometheus-college.org
Unter http://westonreserve.org/faculty.htm findet sich gar noch sein Bild, da war der Webmaster wohl noch nicht schnell genug. Siehe etwa auch

Nun gibt es aber über google oder archive.org wenn man denn interessiert ist, noch erheblich mehr Möglichkeit sich über Herren Reiff zu informieren.
Dann gibts da noch Herrn Markus Bb. Auf ihn trifft ähnliches zu wie auf Herrn Reiff. Die klassische Instantdegrees ->St.Regis Karriere. Nun ist Herr Bb leider auch nicht intelligenter als Herr Reiff, welcher immerhin seine Instantdegrees-Käufe auch noch auf seiner Webseite publizierte. Herrn Bb hingegen findet man hier:

Habe auch ein bißchen im Netz gestöbert, und habe einiges über Hr.Bb gefunden, er hat offensichtlich 2000 seine Diplom- und Reifeprüfung an der HTL Kapfenberg in der Steiermark gemacht, dort eine Arbeit geschrieben die lautet "der Laborübungsplatz DMS" und wo taucht diese "Arbeit" wieder auf bei der "Wellington Universität" als Publikation eines Hr.Prof.Bb. Eines ist allerdings in diesem Zusammenhang bemerkenswert, Hr.Bb schmückt sich mit einem akademischen Grad (Dr. (Univ. Empresarial (CR)) einer Costa Ricanisches Universität, der "Universidad Empresarial", www.unem.edu, diese ist sogar in anabin.de eingetragen, wie ist dies eigentlich möglich oder ist hier ein Schlupfloch noch offen ? Arbeite zwar auch auf einer österreichischen Uni und bekomme auch immer wieder Angebote, wie "wollen Sie einen BSc, MSc, etc haben, niemand wurde abgewiesen ...." habe von den beiden Herren aber nichts mitbekommen.

das ist die Problematik der Anabin-Struktur. Es sind ja nicht in allen Ländern die Unis akkreditiert, sondern die Studiengänge. Und die Doktorgrade von Empresarial sind es nicht
Man schaue mal beispielsweise hier

Demnach scheint der - unakkreditierte- Grad in Costa Rica satte 16.000$ zu kosten, was nach dortigen Verhältnissen einfach unfassbar viel ist. Nachdem Herr Bb also mit InstantDegrees und St.Regis aufgeflogen ist, scheint er bereitgewesen zu sein, mehr Geld zu investieren, um einen Alma Mater vorweisen zu können, bei dem nicht sofort als erster Google-Treffer "Diploma Mill" erscheint.
Oder aber er hat es ganz clever gemacht und sagt einfach "Ich habe einen PhD von dort" und vertraut darauf, dass keiner es nachprüft. Wer weiß?! Auf alle Fälle hat er den Grad an deutschen Maßstäben wohl kaum erworben, da er noch im Sommer den St.Regis Professor für zwei(!!) Fachbereiche mimte. |

Die Uni und deren Abschlüsse sind auch in D voll anerkannt, soweit ich weiß. Warum soll der Herr Bb da nicht ordnungsgemäß studiert haben? Es ist eine Fernuni wie viele andre auch. Der hätte seinen Dr. auch bei andren Fernunis gemacht haben können. Da gibts echt genug. Nur weil der den Dr. im Ausland gemacht hat, würd ich nicht drauf rumhacken. Der hat sogar offensichtlich sein Diplom in D gemacht, ist nicht grad ein potentieller Titelkäufer.
Die Homepage sieht zwar echt billig aus, aber deswegen solche Behauptungen ohne Beweise aufzustellen, find ich nicht richtig. Außerdem kanns hier mehrere Menschen mit dem Namen geben.

Eine solche Behauptung find ich nicht in Ordnung. Wenn Sie Beweise haben, dann stellen Sie die hier rein. Die mehr als drei Jahre alten Infos von degreeinfo über die Uni sind übrigens nicht aktuell.
Wenn Sie Beweise haben können Sie weitermachen. Aber bis jetzt denunzieren Sie irgendwelche Leute. Das kann ich so nicht unterstützen. Selbst wenn der seinen Dr. unberechtigt führen würde, haben Sie offensichtlich keine Beweise, dass der angeblich gekauft wurde.

Das Forum, das Sie benutzen find ich zwar nicht so schlecht. Aber die haben da auch ganz schön mit Vorurteilen zu kämpfen. Wenn die da auch irgendwelche Leute denunzieren muss ich hier trotzdem auf Beweise bestehen. Schlichte Behauptungen lasse ich nicht zu.

Ganz so einfach ist es auch wieder nicht, ein österreichischer HTL Ingenieur ist eine Standesbezeichnung die nach einer 5 jährigen HTL (4 Jahre sekundäre Ausbildung + 1 Jahr postsekundäre Ausbildung) und dreijähriger Praxis vom Bundesministerium f. wirtschaftliche Angelegenheiten verliehen wird. Diese Bezeichung ist zwar in Pässen, Ausweisen etc. eintragbar aber kein akademischer Grad einem Diplom vergleichbar (da fehlen mindestens 2 Jahre an Ausbildung). Diese Bezeichnung dürfte Herr Bb (wenn es sich um die gleiche Person handelt) rechtmäßig führen. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine österreichische Spezialität, welche noch aus dem 2. Weltkrieg übergeblieben ist. Bei fachspezifischen Fachhochschulen ist es möglich ein Jahr angerechnet zu bekommen, sowie bei Führung der Standesbezeichnung das Praxissemester der Fachhochschulen. |
