Hello all

Sorry for the English
I will inherit a house and the Notar wants to know what the 'Baukosten' was in 1972(when it was built). Where and how do I find this out?

He also wants to know the market value. He said that a 'Gutachten' is not required. Does that mean I can judge the value myself as to what I think I can sell it for on the open market ??

Next: If your parent didn't built it himself, or it was build and paid in black (Wirtschaftswunder) you will find your answer in this file.
You should take all the other declarations in consideration, till today, every Pfennig, cent went into the house you can reduce.
The Notar seems a little bit "désencouragée" or perhaps he has own interrests in this affair.
